Google StreetView not starting

Since the latest two or three versions Streetview is not starting from the menu shown in the added screenshot. It shows a black too half screen with the rotating arrow. Google maps navigation does start and Streetview works from within maps.

there is some reported issue on the Google side, but there is still no solution: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/261816912
So we know about the problem, but we can't do anything.

Thanks for the update. My phone is Android 12 but the same problem on my wife's Android 11. Both Motorola.
