DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE

Hi,

almost every time I want to show the map or do anything in Locus Web Planner I see DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE error. I have to refresh the page 10-15 times, then wait up to 2 minutes and then I can use the app. What it is? Is it my fault or there is something wrong with the map?

Different chrome browsers, Windows 11, stable fast Internet connection.

Hello,

this is probably on the side of the browser or some antivirus behavior.

Can you please try it in a different web browser, in anonymous mode, or with the antivirus disabled?

And if you can send the screenshot, it will be useful.

I don't use any antivirus software. I have two chrome-based browsers, the problem is on both. Tomorrow I'll try in anonymous mode.

Problem still exists. I attached the screenshot of the web planner in my browser. Anonymous mode, no plugins, no adblocks.
So I still need your help, please.

Hello,

I am sorry, but this is out of our control. Something on your PC or network is blocking the web.

You have to try searching on the internet for the solutions and try what fix it in your case.
