Solved

I have bought Lo Coins and would like to install Lo Maps Spain. It is not possible to download, process stops after 50% without success.

Cache is already empty.

What can I do?

Hello,

we are sorry for the inconvenience.

This problem is very likely related to this: https://help.locusmap.eu/topic/30937-maps-vanished-and-error-12569-on-downloading

Please do the following:

  1. change app directory to private over Settings > Backup & Filesystem > File system manager > Set the main directory > Private folder in internal storage
  2. this should be quick and after that restart is needed
  3. then move old data with Settings > Backup & Filesystem > App data transfer > Load app data > continue. It is necessary to open the old "Locus" directory and choose "Use this folder"
  4. You may "Move" the whole directory or if you have enough space and want to be safe, simply "Copy" first and later delete the old Locus directory manually
  5. After restart, all data should be restored

I used Locoins to buy the LoMaps Spain. Unfortunately the download keeps crashing. This happens at about 50%. Then comes the error message that the map was not downloaded correctly.
I've already cleared the cache, but the download doesn't work even after rebooting etc.

Hello,

and did you proceed previous steps and placed Locus into the private directory?

Can you send me screenshots of these screens?

"Menu > About the app/Helpdesk > App Info"
"Menu > Settings > Backup & Filesystem > File system manager > Set custom sub-directories"

Thank you.
