Problem with download from store

Hey I do have a problem downloading the Nepal lomap from the store (I already buyed it). And there is enough space on my phone.

Hello,

please send me screenshots of these screens:

"Menu > About the app/Helpdesk > App Info"
"Menu > Settings > Backup & Filesystem > File system manager > Set custom sub-directories"

You can also try to delete all "*.tmp" files from the maps directories of Locus and download maps again.

Hello,

you have to go directly to the directories and delete files manually.

Not via the settings, but in some file browser. If your default can't reach those directories, try Total Commander, Solid Explorer or X-plore.
