Unable to connect satellite and without network offline map is not working

Connection failed is showing on the screen and map is not showing taking longer time.

probably a stupid question but are you really sure that you use an offline map?
What map is this? Where did you get it?
Does it happen only with a specific map, or with all your maps?
Can you send me a screenshot from the map manager and from the map screen?
And do you have GPS turned on in the system?
Is internal GNSS selected in Locus?
