Problem recording track

I have a Samsung galaxy s21 fe. When i record a track and the screen turns off it stops recording. I switched on recording without limitations from the app menu. I went to the Samsung service store without result. At the battery menu there is a way to choose which apps works without battery limitations but locus map app is not there. I am aware that also a friend of mine with a Samsung phone has the same problem

this problem is caused by your device system battery optimization.
Exclude Locus from all means of optimization so that the app can run in the background.

Locus MUST be excluded from battery optimization and Samsung has some hidden options on how to disable that.

There is an option from battery menu. The user can add apps that will run always in the background. Locus doesn't appear in that menu at all.

This problem is definitely the battery opt. issue, so you have to exclude Locus from all means of optimization.

already Android 14 ? I think that Samsung has a problem here. Or it is a user error. You should contact the manufacturer of the phone. Maybe Locus is enabled in the Optimize Battery menu and that's why it doesn't appear in Don't Optimize Battery.
