I am getting an error message on my S20 and my TabA every time at startup. Here is a screenshot of my phone.

Hello,
you have probably set some custom icons, but the file is missing, or the path to the file was changed.
As that path leads to the SD Card, maybe you only replace it with another SD Card, and the file is not there.
