Premium voucher redeem error 45122

My friend had tried redeem Premium voucher (Gold) when he got the error 45122. He used correct menu section: Account - Redeem voucher. His phone is Huawei Honor 9C.
Please, advise what to do to redeem voucher properly?

the version of the app is probably old and doesn't support vouchers correctly.
Please, update the app and try it again.
