Can't login into PC app planner.

Hi,

I've created account and changed password. I can login to Help desk but not to Web Planner.
Using Chrome, few time restarted, cleaned cache ....

Am I doing something wrong ?

Hello,

please, are you using the correct credentials?

Helpdesk, Forum, and app (including WebPlanner) using separate accounts.

You have to use the same credentials you are using in the app to log into the web planner.
