Via "Mit Google anmelden" the Login is possible.

I have the same problem. When I try to log in to the route planner page, my password is not accepted. But I haven't found a dialogue that directs me to a reset wizard either. How can I set up a new password for the LocusMap Store if I no longer know my current one? Thanks for the help.

Hello,

we are working on a completely new login dialog. It should be out in next days.

For now, the password must be reset via the app.

Good Morning!

My Pro account is accepted on the PC here (help.locusmad.de). Also on Android in the app and the web app (https://web.locusmap.app). This password is not recognised (certainly correct by Paste&Copy) on the web app (https://web.locusmap.app) on the PC. Message is "Incorrect password of user without password."

How should I use route planning on my PC?

You must use the same login name and password as in the app.

Using the same passwords goes without saying. In my case, secured by paste and copy and sending between Android and Windows

Hello Lothar,

please, I need you to test a few things:

  1. On the PC try to log in on a different web browser. Any change?
  2. Try to rewrite the password manually, or check if the string is copied correctly. Sometimes the space before/after could be added and then it is the wrong password.
  3. If it doesn't help, reset your password and try some simple one, just for the test it works. Avoid special characters.
  4. If you have some special (atypical) symbols in your current password, reset your password again and try to use these symbols one by one again in the new simple passwords. If some problem occurs, tell me what symbol broke it.

Hy Zdenek,

I tried Opera: It works well. Then I tried Firefox: Works also well...

I can't reproduce this error. So, it's a little bit like "The clock was broken, but now it works again."
