Cloud sync not working

Hello,

the cloud sync stopped working for me sometime in last week.

My activities synced sometime from last Saturday July 9th but now can't sync updated descriptions with error in attachment.

Running version 4.17.2 and there is no newever version in Google play.

Hello,

this error means that app is not loaded properly. It could be caused by the bad termination of the app.

So please, go to the "System settings > Apps > Locus Map > Force stop"

It should help.

Locus wasn't running so force stop wasn't available.
When started it. Sync is working. Apparently something fixed itself meanwhile by opening and closing the app.
Thanks, I will thy force stop if it happens again next time.

Hello,

ok, I am glad it works again.

If the same problem appears, try to force-stop the app and we'll see.

Anyway, we are working on improved loading process, so hopefully even this rare problem will be fixed then.
