I changed my device and the password doesn't work

Hello everybody,

I have an account in Locus Map and I joined with e mail and passoword.

With the same e mail and password I joined both in the app and in the Locus Map Web.

My device broke and I had to reinstall Locus Map on the new device and with the same credentials I can't join.

What can I do? Please help me!

Hello,

if you have the "email&password" method of login, the app offers you a reset if you input the wrong password.

Hello Zdenek,

I have e mail and password method of login.

I tried to reset my password but the system doesn't allow to do it: I am redirected to the login page and I dont' receive any e mail to reset the password.

I used that e mail and password also to join Locus Map Web. I tried to log out and to log in again but I can't enter in Locus Map web although I saved my credential on google and they are correct.

What else can I do? I use Locus Map every day and I have a Gold subscription which is completely useless...

I solved the problem this way (it may be useful to other people)

1) I registered again with the same e mail I had already registered

2) I logged in with the password provided via e mail at the registration

3) I asked to change the password as a new user

Everything worked out fine.

Without registering again the reset of password didn't work.

Hello,

this is really weird because if your email is already used in some account, you can't register with it again.

Is your premium and all LoCoins available in your account now?

Yes..everything is fine non with lo coins and everything.

I found it allo vero strange but it worked!
