Lidar layer
Closed
Hi! I have a problem with the lidar layer. It covers just a little bit of a map.
Also the directional arrow or better view direction isn't working properly-it dancing all around.
Hello,
please what exact overlay map are you using?
As the message on the map (and error code 404) says, the data can't be found.
These maps are hosted externally and we are not developers or providers, so we have no way to control it, but we'll check it out.

Hello.
I use https://gisserver.gov.si/arcgis /services/TEMELJNE_KARTE_LidarTlaZgradbeSVF8/MapServer/WmsServer?
There must be a server problem cos few of my friends have the same problem.
And the "dancing" view direction? Can you fix it?
Hvala in lep pozdrav.

Hello,
please, what exactly do you mean by "dancing"?
Can you create a video documenting this issue?
If you don't know the right app, I would suggest AZ Screen Recorder for screen recording: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hecorat.screenrecorder.free
Thank you.

Hello.
By dancing I mean that the directional view isn't pointing in the actual direction in which the device points. For example I am looking to the north, the directional view is pointing to the south and it dancing for 180° left to right.

Hello,
this view depends on your device compass (HW), so try to calibrate it and it should be better: https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_calibrate_compass
It is recommended to re-calibrate the compass from time to time.
