Good morning, a friend of mine for whom I installed Locus map Classic Pro in 2021 was unable to install the offline maps as he didn't have enough gigabytes.
Now he bought a new phone with 128 gigabytes but when he loads a map the process fails

Hi, unfortunately I don't see any error codes, however I am sending a screenshot showing "process failed" and another with "geolocation permission denied".
I'm currently using locus map 4 free to make the best use of the maps

Hello,
please check, if there are all the permissions granted to the Locus app in the Android settings.
As the position is obviously restricted, so it is maybe a storage and therefore maps can't be downloaded.
