OpenStreetMap loading very slow

Hi, please first disable Settings > Maps >Online maps > Cache maps to make maps being loaded from Internet and not from local Cache.
Then in map-manager choose "OSM - Other" > "Classic". This map is taking 20-30 seconds until the map is displayed in Locus 3 or Locus 4 as well. Usually it takes 1 second.
Somthing wrong on my side only, or anybody else having this problem?
