Point labels are always shown
Not a Problem
Labels of points displayed are always shown on the map, even if "On hover" or "Never" is set in the settings "Points & Tracks" -> "Point label". This results in an unreadable amount of labels.
The same problem 
Happens because the settings as set in your used points folder do have priority.
My library > Points > Your points folder > tap 3 dots menu > edit > Edit folder > Show on map > set: .....
(Example set: General settings) > Save. Done
