thanks for the follow-up. It seems that the source website is down, see http://www.chartbundle.com/. According to the comments from the mapping community, it's not been responding since 1/1/2024, see https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=0db366108f174c3aa270faf1fb578b5f. Considering this, we'll remove the source from the app. Sorry for the inconvenience.
