Change password

Hi, when I try to change my password in the app by clicking on My email>Manage account>Change password, I get the following message:
"Available only when you use email/password login"
Can I change password here: https://help.locusmap.eu/login?redirect=/topic/add
Is the helpdesk password the same and synced with the app?

you are using login by Facebook or Google, right?
In this case, there is no password to change. With this method, Locus doesn't know anything except your email address. It only gets the information from Google or FB, that you are an existing user and you are logged in properly.
If you need to change your Google or FB password, you have to do it on their sites.
