Is there a way to change the direction of one-way streets

Reasons:

1. Directions are temporarily reversed to allow a detour due to festivities or construction work.

2. One-way might not apply to cyclists. This can also be temporary in my town.

"way" (roads) metadata is stored in the Open Street Map database http://www.openstreetmap.org. It's all mostly entered & maintained by volunteers. If anything is out of date you can learn how to update local conditions yourself. If you want a temporary change in a planned Locus route you could try using the manual/ direct profile to ignore all rules/ restrictions.

An even more comfortable way to still route with such temporary exceptions is to use the reroute.brf profile by Zossebart. Routing without restrictions nor hindering rules except to have a road or path marked in osm. In the Route You web router (export result as Locus gpx), this is provided under the profile name "osm shortest". Optimally this could be provided by default in all (B)routers. The straight line "profile" would so only ultimately be needed if there is no road or path drawn in open street.
