Missing authentication credentials zzasb, code:401A message I got continuously on the screen

Not a Problem

I got continuously this message with apparently no reason. All seems to be working fine but it sucks a lot.

I'm using a xiaomi redmi note 12 pro 5G

I'm running Gold.

The same problem 0

Please open the content panel (left screen edge) and deactivate the GC Live map:

A reboot of the device resolves and upload of field notes can be don for some time. I absolutely don't know what is leading to the error which comes back after some time

Could you please send a screenshot of the error message? Do you use automatic backups to a third-party cloud? Do you use in-app or G4L-powered GC Live Map?

Actually i can't because it's working. I'll do so when it starts happening again. Usually it does when trying to upload Field Notes.

When i'm out for geocaching i usually do a short offline log for remembering when i'm home again. Then i add some additional text and try to upload all of the recorded offline logs in one attempt.

My device:
Redmi Note 12 Pro, Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0.4.0 THGXEUM, Android 13 TKQ1.221114.001

No automatic backups to cloud.

Do you use in-app or G4L-powered GC Live Map?: Don't know. Probably in-app.

That might be the problem - the add-on's development and maintenance were terminated years ago and as it was developed by an external developer we can't fix it. Please use the in-app log manager for uploading logs and drafts.

Also after having removed the external add-on and using the in-app log manager the error message shows up again simply when moving the map around. But i recognize actually, the code not to be the same as in post title. The message can actually also be forced to show up by switching off and on again "GC Live Map". After a devices hard reset all working again. 3b0af47578c79e547bcdc5ba5bb899d8

I was out today for geocaching. About two hours after leaving home the error started to show up. No live map. I needed to restart the device.

It's boring.

Please, open Locus Map main menu > all features > geocaching > geocaching tools > log out. Then tap any feature that needs a connection to your geocaching account, e.g. "Search for geocaches":

Then, log back in with your geocaching account.
