Backup of settings won't work
Not a Problem
Been having issues again with the scheduled upload/backup of my Locus settings. The app keeps telling me, oops, credentials are wrong. But I haven't changed them or anything. Logout and login into my locus account won't help.
I'm referring to the cloud sync.

Hi,
the cloud sync only synchronizes your tracks, routes and points, not your settings. You can have different settings on each device connected to your Locus account. If you want to back up your settings, do so with the Backup Manager. You can save the settings to Dropbox, GDrive, OneDrive, or your local storage. But not to Locus Map cloud.

There's a chance it was Google Drive rejecting the login, because it suddenly asked for permissions for Locus World instead of Locus Map. I never noticed that before. Maybe that was the culprit. I'll keep an eye on it.

If GDrive makes trouble, try logging out and back in. Its authentication token expires and re-logging creates a new one.
