Enhancements to no-go areas

• Show no-go areas on the current map (not only on route planner or during navigation)
• Add no-go area from current map via long click (select of point on map - s. screenshot)

Motivation: To me it feels currently kind of flimsy to have to scroll to the point where to set the no-go-area point but instead like to tap on the map to mark the no-go area. From my perspective it is more precise and intuitive to add a no-go area points that way.
