Enable iOS app to work on Apple Silicon Macs

Would be great if you could enable the app to be found also on the Mac app store and be usable on apple silicon Macs. It's great for viewing/planning on a bigger screen if you don't have an iPad.

Hi, this will most likely happen only once the app will offer better feature set than our web portal. So we are few months away from that now. Until then please use https://web.locusmap.app/ for planning on big screen.
