Scrolling problem in LM Classic 3.70.10

On my Xiaomi 11T, map scrolling is not working well. The app doesn't respond to my finger movement on the screen. Sometimes it runs normally, but that's rarely the case lately. I'm using the offline map Czech Republic ee from (http://osm.paws.cz), but the same problem occurs when I turn on another map. Could you recommend me something?
