Searching for POIs Shows unrelated Hits at Higher zoom level

I've been using the search for POIs a lot last weeks, especially searching for categories like camping or groceries and showing them in the map. For some days now I'm experiencing a problem, that a lot unrelated POI show up with an info icon (see screenshot). I might have messed with some setting, but I'm not able to get rid of those. It only happens at higher zoom levels. And I'm currently not showing offline or online POIs, but only the search results.

try long tap on Tracks button then from context menu select "delete temp items"

I can't see a Tracks button on the screen cap, maybe from the main menu?

Thanks for the hint. I was able to add an entry to the main menu for deleting temporary items. It does what it is supposed to. But when I move the map and thus trigger an update to my current search, new temporary items appear again.

I should mention that they vanish as soon as I leave search, what is good. But it is still annoying and I'm totally confused about what I may have misconfigured.

hmm, frustrating for you - check the LoPoints(beta) function maybe? there is a top checkbox there - untick it? just from memory sorry
