Sync database photos

I have Locus Map on several phones and I have also upgraded my phone over the years and copied the Locus data folders to my computer.

I see that I was able to sync points and tracks with the sync button.

Is there anyway to sync all the other information between devices and the old data folders I have? I have lots of photos that would be nice to see on each new device I get.

Even if I have to do it manually. Please explain how to do this.

Hi Adam,

you should find your photos (=Attachements) here /Android/[data | media]/menion.android.locus/data/media

unfortunately I don't know any build-in function to transfer them. Even with the locus map backup they are not backed up. Currently I do it "manually" with the 3rd party app named FolderSync. I hope to get it once included into the locus backup.

i use folder sync as well, i sync up to dropbox, but folder sync can syc to any cloud or even local smb folder share, and then sync back to anotehr device.

main thing is that the folder path is different for different android versions and if you have a different sd card name etc, as its the path to the image thats in the database
