New installation of locus. Does not load any map. Shows only unknow problem instead of map.

I have tablet huawei model btv-dl09. ITt is fresh system. Android 7. I have just installed locus map. Unfortunately it does not show the default map. There is an unknown problem background instead of map. The same map works with no problem on my other android devices

Is the tablet connected to the internet? Is "cached maps only" turned off in Locus settings > maps > online maps? Is the map overlay turned off? Are map items deactivated?
