Unfortunately, it can't be changed. You can only cancel the original and create a new one. More info at https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php?id=manual:faq:change_email

Hm, I didn't realise it was that complicated.


Fortunately, I don't have to change my e-mail address and I believe and hope that I will be able to use my e-mail address for my Locus account in the long term. But there can be many reasons why users want or even need to change their e-mail address.


If this possibility of change does not already exist (and cannot be introduced), it is essential that this is indicated at the time of registration (preferably with the link to the page given above in the documentation) so that nobody uses a temporary address or an address from a provider that may not remain on the market for long. It should definitely be pointed out that the e-mail address cannot be changed!


I have just tried it, there is currently no indication of this when you want to create an account.

Actually, the requests to change the Locus account address are not so frequent but you've got the point - we'll add a warning on the sign-up screen.
