The LoMaps Online map is not displayed in Android 7

Do you know the reason why the LoMaps Online Map is not displayed in Android 7?
Writes "Unknown problem".
There are other online maps with exactly the same problem, for example OpenCycleMap, LoMaps Ski Online, ...
The <Assam Satellite> and <Assam Satellite Hybrid> maps are working fine.
Everything works correctly on another Android 10 phone.
On an Android 7 phone, the "isrgrootx1.pem" certificate is installed.
