Ich konnte die Tracks mit dem Explorer am PC auf den richtigen Ordner im neuen Gerät kopieren. Das war erfolgreich. Mit den Karten machte ich das auch, so dass alle meine gekauften LoMap-Vektorkarten jetzt unter "mapsVevtor" liegen. Allerdings tut das neue Lucus so, als gäbe es sie nicht. Was muss ich tun?

Das ist seltsam, denn Locus geht beim Start durch alle potentiellen Standard-Orte (intern privat und media, potentielle ext.SD privat und media) und findet dort seit Jahren alle Karten, nicht nur LoMaps, sondern alles was dort liegt. Ich nehme 'mal an, dass "v" oben war ein Vertipper nur im Forum, nicht auf dem Tablet.
Wenn mir so eine Situation widerführe, würde ich ein Download aus dem Store machen (gfls. ein kleines Land oder Insel, wenn die gekauften, kopierten Karten älter als ein Jahr sein sollten) und dann 'mal schauen wo das Biest abgeladen wird. Und dann die betroffen Karten dorthin schieben.
Ab Android 11 würde ich immer /Android/media als Installationsort benutzen (das Hauptverzeichnis wg. schnellerem Datei- und Datenbank-Zugriff immer auf interner SD, die Karten und SRTM können auch auf ext. SD liegen, falls vorhanden). Warum? Media ist auch für gute Android-File-Manager ganz ohne Verrenkungen und ohne PC les- und schreibbar.

I advised you to unload the whole Locus data using the unloading tool, not just tracks, maps, etc. :
go to Locus settings > Miscellaneous > Default directories > App data transfer - Unload app data
select e.g. “download” directory and create a new folder in it. Name it e.g. “locus_data”. Confirm.
all the app's data are copied into the newly created folder
copy the “locus_data” folder via PC, Dropbox, Google Drive, or whatever else to your new phone's “Download” directory
Then I sent you the like with instructions how to load this data in the noew phone, in Locus Map 4:
install Locus Map
go to Locus settings > Backup & Filesystem > App data transfer > load app data
select the“download/locus_data” directory and confirm
restart Locus Map
There is no need to search for the main app directory or other laborious settings.
