Library synchronization error

when trying to manually synchronize routes, the application displays the message "You're using an outdated version of the app

that doesn't offer all the latest features and

services. Please update it.

Incident:

33bce6d9-4a1f-4d89-a71 1-0f4ab2aa31ee

ListMembersAppsErrorExc, code: 11121" the application has the current version, there is no update available.

I got a failure message when i tried to synchronise my tracks on my samsung tablet. Incident: a6990614-a60f-42fe-a532-925503dd, ListMembersAppsErrorExc, Code: 11121, I have allredy tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it, i have also deleted the cash. Currently the version is 4.27.2 I dont know how to Update to Version 4.28.1? I dont have access to my tracks ind i would need them urgently because i am travelling to Motokko!!!

Hi all,

this problem emerges when you use one device with version 4.28+ with the new library of tracks and points and one device is still without this update. The new version converts the old library to the new version > synchronizes it with the web > web library is converted to the new version as well. The new version of Locus Map is still not available for all devices because we release it gradually - in order to tackle possible glitches on the way. So please either wait until next week when the new version is published for 100% of users or update the app from our public repository at https://bit.ly/lmVersions.
