Show photos only for a specific recording

Hi there. I'm loving using the app. It's great.

There is one minor thing that's a bit annoying though. If you use the "show geotagged photos" option, the app shows ALL the geotagged photos you have ever taken. If you walk in the same area a lot, this just means you see thousands of overlapping photos, which looks a mess, isn't very helpful, and causes the app to run slow. It would be much better if there was an option to show ONLY the photos take at the SPECIFIC time a track or route was recorded. Then you could for example look at the Coast walk you did last March and just see the photos you took that day, rather than all the photos you have ever taken on that route. NB if you can already do this, please let me know how as I couldn't find it in any of the menus or options. Thanks and keep up the good work. Adam Dawson.

You can specify the folders from which Locus should display geotagged photos in the settings for geotagged photos. If you sort your photos accordingly, you can then decide which photos should be shown on the map.

(With newer Android versions, this may only work if you install the AFA version of Locus.)

Thanks Graf. That sounds a bit complicated and I'm afraid I don't know what the AFA version is. I was rather hoping there would be a simple setting to enable this - like on Strava - I don't want to have to create a separate pictures folder for every single walk I do; it would be far too time consuming. At this stage, I don't think I'll bother but a simple tool would be good to have at some point in the future. Adam.
