Loading the online map of CUZK in Locus 4 reports an error. In Locus 3 it works without problems.

thanks for the bug report. The issue is with the changed URL address for the map server. Fix requires the new Locus Map 4 version, which will be published probably at the start of April.
For now, you may use custom WMTS map with following URL:
- ZMČR: https://ags.cuzk.gov.cz/arcgis1/rest/services/ZTM_WM/MapServer/WMTS
- Orto: https://ags.cuzk.gov.cz/arcgis1/rest/services/ORTOFOTO_WM/MapServer/WMTS
