All point and track libraries disapperaed. Where can I find the now?

Good morning.


today all my point and track libraries have disappeared, which is a terrible thing!

I urgently need my data back

I am running Locus Maps in the gold edition in my Samsung A53 with the UI Version 6.1 and Android Version 14.

Yesterday all worked fine, This morning all the data is lost.

Before I deal with any backups, I need to talk contact support people, that I am not making everything worse!!!

I wa obviously cought in the mittel of the transformation from the old library to the new library. My data seem to appear now in several steps...

my heartbeat is normalizing....

Thanks for your response. As stated in my own comment, I went in in the middle of the transition to the new library. I haven't checked all details, but everythings seems o be ok. At least my over 10 000 points and over 800 tracks are here again. Thanks

OK, anyways, make sure you have automatic backup to an external storage active.

Same issue here except I'm unable to resolve. All of my tracks are gone. I've tried to restore the tracks but when opening the app, it appears to upgrade the DB again and all is still gone.

Hi Josh,

You wrote that all your tracks are gone, but I can see that there are 60 tracks in 4 folders in your library (and 9 points in 3 folders)—see the screenshot. The library has changed, and the former tabs "tracks" and "points" have been converted into folders. Now, you can store all kinds of your data in one folder structure.

I apparently missed that part. What I guess I was expecting to see was all of the tracks still on the map. Is this no longer the case? Is it only in the list view now?

Nevermind, I think I have it sorted. The update must have hid the tracks the map. I was able to find the setting to show them again.
