Synchronization of LM 3 Classic and LM 4 libraries

Not a Problem

Hello,

I have been using both LM 3 Classic and LM 4 gold versions on the same phone (Android) for several years. When creating routes and adding points regardless of which version they were visible in libraries of both versions . Probably both versions of Locus used the same destination folder and rather it was a system setting - I never set or changed it. Unfortunately, after the last LM4 update, the entire library with routes and points in LM 3 Classic is empty. After creating a new route in LM 3 Classic and saving it to the library, it also appears in the LM 4 library. Unfortunately, after restarting LM 3 Classic, the route library is empty again. Is it possible to set it up in such a way that the library is shared by both versions (As it was before the LM4 library update). I would also add that in LM4 after the update are all the routes from before the update.
Yours sincerely

Hi Wojciech,

Since version 4.28 of Locus Map 4, the user database is no longer compatible with Locus Map 3 Classic. LM Classic is entering its last year of existence and the development of both app branches was divided long ago. If you want to use both apps with one database (possible on devices with up to Android 10 only), don't update Locus Map 4 above version 4.27.2. If you want to downgrade, you can install the obsolete version from our archive at https://bit.ly/lmVersions.
