Better handling for multicache

1. in the window of an multi waypoint there should be a link button which opens the waypoint list directly. Up to now you always have to go to the listing and then to the waypoint list.
2. for multicaches with several waypoints, the list should always start with the last completed waypoint at the top when the waypoint window is reopened. Until now, the waypoint list always opens with the first entry in the list and you have to scroll down.
