Inconsistent track style editing behavior in folder view Locus Map 4.28.3

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering a minor but confusing issue with track style editing in Locus Map version 4.28.3 (Gold plan).

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
- In a Library folder, if I click on a track and then use the pencil icon, I can access the “Style on map” section. If I uncheck “Use style of the parent folder” and apply a custom style, the form correctly reflects the custom style settings.
- However, if I attempt to change the style from the parent folder view by doing a long press on the track > Tools > Change style, the style change does apply correctly to the track, but the form still displays the default style settings of the parent folder, not the overridden ones.
Is anybody able reproduce this behavior ?

In addition, not related :
Why I can edit a folder’s default style from within the folder by clicking the folder name and selecting "Edit folder". And when viewing the same folder from its parent folder and selecting it > Tools, the “Change style” option is disabled in this place. It seems a bit confusing since it's possible to change track style from two different places (from its parent directy or from the track details screen), whereas it's only possible to change directory default style from within the directory itself.

Thanks in advance for your help !

Hi Michal,

Thank you so much for your quick response!
And sorry for sending so many messages lately - I'm currently in a discovery phase, trying everything I can, and I'm really enjoying Locus Map, so I want to report the little glitches I come across. 🙂
