Bug: points is centred when selected

Hello! I have a few more usability issues.

Open map with few POIs or your custom saved points on screen, then try to select each point. Map will blink and center screen to selected point. Sometimes it’s even changing the scale. That behaviour is so disorientating.

Please see the video I recordered to understand how annoying it is.

Hi Andrii,

in the next app version, it will be possible to turn off this centering:

Are we talking about iOS version? If so that’s great.

Your screenshot is android so I’m a bit confused.

I'm sorry, but I overlooked that you sent the video from an iOS device. Therefore, I offered the closest possible solution. The POI centering will be possible to turn off on Android devices only.

The map is still centred when selecting POI. Could you please fix this, it’s so annoying when working with POIs

Hi Andrii, sorry I completely miss this topic. There are few events visible in your video.
1) The point is centered on map when opening its details. This is unlikely we would want to modify in near future. But I don't think that is problem, instead of further points:
2) Map movement when POI centering is not smooth/animated, so it is easy to lost orientation. That is valid point and we will try to solve it soon.
3) On the video the biggest confusion is presented when opening POI which contains data of its region borders - which are highlighted when opening its detail. In this case the app also triggers change of the zoom to better align map with the POI region. It is understandable that current implementation which lacks animated map transition is confusing. We will try to tackle that by animating the movement and ability to automatically return to previously selected zoom when leaving such POI detail.
I believe after that changes, the orientation between POI details will be much more intuitive.
Thanks for the feedback!
