Webplanner: re-add removed point at end of route fails

When plotting a route, after removing a point at the end of the route it is not possible to then re-add it unless first adding a different point.
This happens both for simple points and also for LoPoints and saved points.

For simple points it is not obvious because the issue only happens if you click on the exact same location as the original - i.e same pixel - which would be rare (but not for undo/redo !)

So the easiest way to reproduce it is to add a Lopoint at the end of the route, then remove it, then re-add it. Nothing happens even if trying repeatedly.

For intermediate route points this does not occur as far as I can see. i.e. if you remove then re-add an intermediate lopoint, it works.
