Locus map - zoom does not show details

Hi, I just bought an official Locus map and zoom does not show details (not online, offline). Only when I start navigation and "select from map" - then all (streets etc) is available. Is there a difference whether the map is stored on SD Card or on mobile (do not have SD anymore). Thank for your help. Sibylle

could you please send a screenshot of the map screen after you activate the map in the map manager? Do you see the map in the map manager? What map exactly do you use?

You have the Zoom lock activated. Turn it off.
