How can I search for lopoints near a point I have indicated other than my GPS location?

if I plan a holiday to a far away holiday destination I would like to be able to search and see the offline lopoints of this destination. In Locus maps Pro you simply went with the cursor to that holiday destination and you could request the lopoints of that region. In Locus map 4 I always and only get to see the lopoints of my real location.
