Locus Map Watch and Galaxy Watch 6, 47 mm, interrupted Bluetooth
Answered
Dear team, I now own the Galaxy Watch Classic 6, 47 mm. With Wear OS 5. The only reason I have a smartwatch is to use Locus Map. I previously used Locus on the Galaxy 1 with Tizen for several years. It always worked. The Bluetooth connection on the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic keeps getting interrupted. Mostly due to the lock screen. I know, something optimize Battery. This is what I did to prevent it: - My Honor Pro 200 phone is not in power saving mode - Locus Map Pro as a Service - Locus Map Pro: Manual battery settings, autostart, background - Samsung Wear and Samsung Wear for Classic 6 also set to manual and in the background. - Samsung Accessory Service, Manual, Autostart, and Background - All permissions allowed - GPS access: Always - I usually start a track recording when using Locus Pro; this has resulted in a more stable connection on the Galaxy 1. - I removed "Locus Map Watch" from standby mode on the watch. - Deleted all caches -Reset the phone and went through the whole process again. None of that helped, and I can't find any other settings. I'm currently using the Galaxy Watch 1 again with Locus Map Pro and Locus Free on the watch (with the same Honor 200 Pro), and it's working perfectly as usual. If I missed something, here's a tip :-) I'd be happy to hear it. Otherwise, I'll return the new watch and stick with the Watch 1. Best regards, Axel
