Offlinizer Grayed Out

For some reason, perhaps due to an accident, I cannot wrap my mind around the new workflow for offlinizer.

After a lot of work today (and repeat visits to the help desk) I finally got to the menu but it's grayed out.

I'll try some more but have never seen it grayed. It would be nice if there was a menu providing direct access but it has gotten to where I am wondering if there is a way to revert to a version with the old menu.
