Top panel visiblity after start
Solved
Settings:
1) Controlling - Panels & buttons - Top panel = Auto-hide
2) Expert settings - Panels visible at start = off
In 4.29 everithing is ok, but in 4.30.1 I see top panel after Locus starts.
The same problem
