Ign zoom offline maps problem

Hello, I have a problem with the ign offline map zoom scale. To be fast, I can't download more than the 14 scale however I can have all the scales when I was online.

Hello

There is a "limit" of maximal number of zooms for downloading. Please return back to the map window > zoom-in to more detailed zoom level and set the new downloading (for a smaller area )
