Bad unit for minutes remainig to target

Solved

Hello,

On Dashboard, the time remaing to target is difficult to understant when shorter than 1 hour.

Under 1 hour, it is displayed in minutes, but unit is shown "m", who is very confusing with Remaing evelantion in meters, shown also "m". To attached file.

I suggest to use "min" in place of "m" for time in minutes, everywhere.

It can't be meters because there's a clock in front of it. So it can only be minutes. They're just normal international units. H for hour, m for minute, s for seconds.

I was talking about the line of data of the Dashboard above the profil curves of altitude and slope.

My screen is in French language, but sources of this Dashboard line are : Remaining elevation gain, Remaining elevation loss, distance to target, time to target.

So it is possible to have all data with XXX m, but the last one is minutes and not meters.

I agree there is no misunderstanding on times with clock just in front.

Hello Rafael,

thanks for this interesting bug-report. I fully agree, that what you see on the screenshot may be confusing.

I'm usually facing lack of space, so because identical time format is used, as I see in the app code, on almost 20 places, I'm little worried to change it.

On the second side ... let's try it with "hr" and "min" to make it really clear. It will be modified in the next version.

FYI: similar thing can occur in the route planner itinerary. It shows distance and time between route points. Both can be just in 'm' units. No room for an icon probably.

Interestingly the Web Planner itinerary in this situation shows e.g :

260.2 m 3 min

4.89 km 1:14 h

so unambiguous and very clear,
