read alerts or voice the waypoint description

hi, I need the app to be able to read the waypoint description by voice or with an alert. How can I do this? I'm importing a map from My Maps.

Hi Dario,

Locus Map voice navigation only announces waypoints on a route created in Locus Map's route planner. With imported routes this may not work.

Open the route in Locus Map route planner and add the waypoint titles in it. Save the route. The waypoints will be read when the voice navigation is on along the route. More info:

When you change the waypoint in the app's route planner, the text is spoken. I do this for manual segments. “Attention Trail” or “Alternative Route” etc.

Okay, thanks for the reply. I'm asking. I did what you told me, and it won't read the description. Can I read it from navigation or just in the guide? How do I activate the waypoint description reading in guide mode?
I need it to read the description I added when I pass over the added waypoint.

Have you turned on voice navigation? Does the navigation speak to you, e.g., turn right, go straight, BG, turn left, and so on?

Go to the app's route planner. Add a shaping point at the location. Convert it to an intermediate destination. Give the intermediate destination a new name and activate the voice prompt.
