[bug] Track search issues with special characters and accents

Hi,

I noticed that the track search doesn’t behave as expected when the track name contains certain characters such as ', (), or accented characters. Here are some test cases with a track named:

- Search value : "pointe" => track found ✅

- Search value : "observatoire" => track not found ❌

- Search value : "l'observatoire" => track not found ❌

- Search value : "alternative" => track not found ❌

- Search value : "(alternative" => track found ✅

- Search value : "eperon" => track not found ❌

- Search value : "éperon" => track found ✅

It seems that apostrophes, parentheses, and accents are not handled consistently in the search. I use the latester version of Locus Map 4 for Android.
