Hi,

in Locus Map Lite, the list of downloaded offline maps is under the "Download offline map" button in the main menu. The downloaded map is marked by the phone icon. More at https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php?id=manual:ios:maps#download.

Offline maps are loaded automatically, there is no need to turn them on individually.

Hello and thank you so much for your kind reply.

As the matter of fact I tried to enter and see the map at the location you described, and first of all I have to roll down a lot of maps till I see the map of Nepal, secondly I don’t see an icon of mobile phone next to the name of the map, like I saw earlier ,but a sign of ‘refresh’.

And lastly when I do click on that sign a new page opens but it isn’t the map, it shows me the option to become gold premium, but this is the first offline map I had ever downloaded.

Greetings

Could you please send a screenshot of the screen with the refresh sign? Thanks

Hi,

the offline map of Nepal was updated but the update contained an error so we had to withdraw it and replace it with an older version which is detected as an update by your app now - that's why you see the "refresh" icon. The original map that you have downloaded with the error will be available in two days and you will be able to re-download it if necessary.

You can find out if you have the Nepal map downloaded. Tap the "LoMap" button > turn off the switch "All offline maps" > open the list of downloaded offline maps:

At the moment, offline maps for download are ordered by distance from your location - that's why you see Nepal so far away in the list. This is only a temporary solution, more ways of ordering will come soon.
