Online map Outdoor Active Topo DE - Access denied

In map manager, if you try to use online map "Outdoor Active, Topo DE", you get "Access denied" and no tiles are loaded.
The map worked perfectly until recently. Maybe there was a change on the provider side?

Only available after purchase has always been true for the "Summer" and "Winter" maps.
But the "Topo DE" was freely available during the last years, no purchase necessary.
Currently, the Locus Store only offers "Summer" and "Winter" maps, which supports the described situation.

Just remembered that I added the map (many years ago) as a custom online map in "Locus/mapsOnline/custom/providers.xml", and simply forgot about that.
Since providers with the same name will be grouped together in map manager, my impression was that the map is there by default - which isn't the case.
So bad luck for me, seems the provider now restricts access.
